Absolutely unacceptable Post Office services. Never open at appropriate times and always a problem with sending and collecting parcels. Have received various excuses from the stuff including not being trained to use the Post Office and Post Office systems being down.

Was told the post office is closed for 20 minutes with no reasons given, they should update their opening hours as people don’t have 20 minutes to wait around whilst working
