Done a online application and was given 14 days to provide id in branch. Waited in a que for 25 mins then told by MR HASSAN there is noting on the system and I had to do the application again when I clearly had the email to show but he was not interested! Don’t waste your time with Lloyds absolutely ridiculous!!!!
