The complimentary vacuum signed should be removed. It's been over a month vacuum is not working and every week I waste my time going there to waste and vacuum but the vacuum it not available. They say it is not working but is not true. They use vacuum for the other more expensive washings. Most staff members are not friendly.

I've used this car wash twice, both times I've left feeling disappointed. My car was cleaner than when I went in but lots of areas missed and I've had to clean myself when I got home. It's cheaper than the hand car wash I usually go to but to be honest for the extra £2 I'd rather have the job done properly. Won't be going...
