Click and collect item refunded after a week when it should have been held for 2. You guys do realise that most people have to work between 9 and 6 on weekdays? So that 2 week window was actually 2 days. Limited edition LP no longer available. I assume a member of staff is selling it on ebay for a 300% mark up
