I don't Bank with them, however, the advisors have been amazing in their understanding of my mothers condition & I recommend them alongside Santander for Bank of the year

Came in at 12 asked for 5 years of bank statements, the man at the store front who helped me (who's name I have forgotten, sorry), found the bank statements from my closed account and got them all printed off within 10 minutes. Perfect service. Really helped me out.

I went to the Branch to deposit . Due to the Lack of its staff training and knowledge I was told by staff named Hamid to take the deposit else where or close the account as they didn't know what to do.I asked for the details in order to make a complaint to the HO about the issues.
