Staff has always been helpful and I've never had any issues with things I bought from there, but some of the prices are crazy. For example: a brand new PS5 controller is £60 on the PS website, but in CEX they charge you £70 for a used one ? How? Why? Who would buy this? This place should be shut down as an the stuff saked to as they are right idiots, i take my ps4 2T there an had to wait over an hour then they said that the sel on the bk had been taken off but what they had done was dropped it an tryed super glueing the top back on an i didnt realize till i got bk
