Credit where it is due. Rachael is so approachable, friendly whilst remaining professional (a difficult thing to master). She avoids unnecessary jargon which is needed but gets the same message across. Thanks for making things as easy as possible :)

I think it is important to give credit where it is due. A member of staff who I believe to be called Rachel Stockwell has a fantastic approach. Professional, approachable and more importantly gets the message across in a simple way avoiding uneccesary jargon.
