This place is just magical. Staff are so amazing and so helpful. Always an amazing experience everytime we go here. The bears last a lifetime and have gone back for repairs multiple times always greeted with a helpful smile

Had a great experience from start to finish. We were greeted and helped in detail by a lovely person but didn’t catch their name!
