I was spoken down to and belittled by a horrible member of staff today for no reason, I waited around 5 minutes for my ID to be checked for said staff member to speak to me as though I was an inconvenince. Please be nicer to your customers in the future, your attitude wasn't necessary.

My daughter received appalling 'service' from the pharmacist here today - her being completely fobbed off, was the tip of the iceberg!
