Whoever the person is who answers the phone at this pharmacy should not be allowed to deal with customers. Both my partner and myself have had very poor experiences speaking with who we think is the same person - rude, abrasive, hangs up before you have finished talking, and really isn't suited for customer service. Go to the pharmacy at 1 and told, "I'll have to check we have that and even if we do, we shut for lunch now until 2". These opening times should be clear.

Tried to pick up a private prescription that Boots didn’t have. Was told in a rude and condescending manner that the manner of private prescription we’d been given was ‘not legal’.
