Every time I go in the pharmacy the staff are really pleasant and helpful and the pharmacist is always completely golden. Gave me some excellent advice to help an elderly relative last month, and just provided a service in 5 minutes that my GP said I to wait 3 1/2 weeks for

Never answer the phone. Get a text to say prescriptions ready and turn up and only half the order or a lot missing. Happens ALL the time. Not great at all.
