I mistakenly sent a parcel of presents to an unrecognised address and the great customer service at Caldicot delivery office meant that the recipient was able to head in and collect the parcel before it could be 'returned to sender'. The staff here saved my Christmas!

Well it shows how curruputed the staff are getting with managers money going missing from cards debitcatds bean stolen postman speeding in streets and smoking in vans some one who worked there told me who it was so it bean passed onto gwent police I had loads parsels go missing
