Tried to post a parcel got to the counter and was told they were closing now for lunch even though she was sat chatting to I presume previous customer whilst I understand they need a break it’s very frustrating perhaps it would be better to let people know a sign or something I can see from previous reviews I’m not...

Disgusting, rude service. I was refused service at 12.15pm buly cashier when branch open until 12.30pm.
