Went to Caerphilly today ,staff really unhelpful. Product wanted was on the wrong shelf and wrongly priced., wanted a new oven ,didn't have the one on display, but had 2 wrapped .didn't want to unwrap to show me.we left with our nearly £ 300 still in our pocket .
