This is the 3rd time I have been in this shop and reviewed it as I had to return shin pads and was told NO REFUNDS only exchange or a CREDIT NOTE which i think the shop is out of order as these days if we need a refund and not an exchange WE SHOULD BE ABLE TO RECEIVE CREDIT BACK INTO OUR BANK ACCOUNT... read full comment

The staff were not helpful and I thought the way thay spoke to me was abrupt and disgraceful and I will never go in there again
