It is shocking that it takes royal mail over a week to deliver a first class letter when a second class gets there in two days.

No mail since last Wednesday. A mountain that day, nothing since. I think it's being hoarded. Neighbours say same. Need urgent hospital appointment letters and other non Christmas post.

Pathetic and unrealistic opening times for working people! Who is normally available 8-10am?! 2 hours a day! If you've missed a delivery on a week day you may aswell give up on seeing it until the Saturday... as long as you can get there before 12!Don't know why people bother with Royal Mail when there are other more convenient... read full comment
