One person at the till at lunchtime at a Friday. Took 15mins to get through two people, with 15 people waiting in line. Get more staff at peak times!! Not rocket science!!

What is the point of paying £16 for check and send on a passport. Firstly I had to check it myself, secondly my application got rejected by passport office.
