popped in to pay a cheque in the counter staff were very friendly and explained how I should have been paying a cheque in at the cashpoint, but as the weather was bad,they accommodated doing it in the branch. Its these value add moments that make businesses and good staff stand out. thank you.

Always pleasant helpful staff, nothing is too much bother for them. Have savings with caerphilly branch and swopped my bank account to caerphilly nationwide too as they are so nice
