I had a truly appalling experience at this shop. Not only did the employees ignore me not once, but twice, they also managed to make me feel like a criminal with their constant, intrusive following. It's astonishing that a business can treat customers with such disrespect. To top it off, being asked "what I am doing here"...

The shop itself is well stocked and the staff I'm sure are nice but I am shocked that used books are £1.50 each. I can buy brand new books from The works for £1. Would love to support charities but used books shouldn't be more than 99p!
