Asda Security guard at the Caerphilly store is Very rude. Lacking any form of customer service. If he used Simple requests and communication to say what he wanted that would have been much better than rude comments under his breath. And imposing 'His Rules'. The staff are lovely especially the ones that have been there years. There is a lot of wasted space in the store though and as a result the selection is quite poor for a store of that size. It's usually dirty too. I much preferred it when the media section was in the corner and there was more freezers that filled the other... read full comment

Okay! Not all the staff are friendly, but there are a lot of good people.
