I have just had yet another horrid experience at the Caernarfon branch.
I was due to have an appointment to open a 123 account & dashed over from where I was working 15 miles away for my meeting.
I was left waiting even though I had an appointment & when finally the adviser did decide to see me , she treat me so condescendingly... read full comment
