Very disappointed.!!!!!!Parcel taken back to sorting office today. Unfortunately I was at workWhy wasn't it left at my safe place(outbuilding). We work, so every parcel, everyday now gets taken back to the depot, why? Why was it OK to leave parcels during covid but not now? What a waste of time and environmentally damaging, Royal mail not the service it used to be.
