From start to finish the experience was not good. Phoned to book very young sounding member of staff took the booking no email for the booking, phoned again the next day there was no booking. This is a really nice hotel, close to the motorway so easy to get to. The whole resort looks amazing and is very clean. The food we had for lunch and dinner was very nice. Really nice rooms, comfy bed, nice teas and coffee provided. Breakfast was the best I've had at any hotel.
