Terrible service had a parcel delivered we weren't here but next door neighbor offered to take parcel but driver refused so I left note on door for the next day saying please leave parcel through side gate and I signed the letter again they refused to leave parcel saying I have to go to depot so I now have to take a day... read full comment

I have received deliveries on two consecutive days. The first parcel was left outside my front door from 9.30 to 4pm without my knowledge, lucky it wasn't stolen! My second parcel was lobbed through my letterbox, it was something that contained glass! Thank goodness it wasn't damaged! This service is just not good enough.... read full comment
