Such a kind lady who runs the post office. I went in completely ignorant of how to return a parcel. She was so patient and helpful and we had a laugh about it all getting it all done in a few seconds. I've been in regularly and she's always so lovely and efficient.

I live locally and have always used the shop and post office. Since the change of staff at the post office counter earlier this year the service has improved there massively! Dawn is a pleasure and regardless of how busy she is she does her job professionally and with a smile on her face always. Nothing is ever too much....

Used cornelly post office today to purchase euros. How polite and nice the young lady behind the counter was. And what a lovely quote of the day.. she said she does a different one every day. Well done
