Products were great.Went to click and collect. Kept waiting in cold for 15 mins as they couldn't find previous customers items. Finally got served by scruffy staff member with no customer service skills.I work in the hospital and throughout the pandemic myself and my colleagues have been smart, professional, kind and curteous.... read full comment
