12.49 Friday 30th August. Very rude customer service. The lady who was clearing the tables asked if we were buying another coffee. We'd already bought one each. I'd finished my wife had not. Said they were running a business!! So rude and possibly racist

Visited today at 19:15, customer service was atrocious the girls that were working very clearly didn’t want to be there. The coffee shop has no air con and was boiling and uncomfortable . There was no lid on the teapot and when I asked about the lid, they said they were all broken!!! Very poor for such a huge company.?
