Asked for drinks to be hotter as only lukewarm. Was told not allowed to be hot in case staff get burnt. Offered to heat it myself but told not allowed. Like HOT drinks not warm so NO would not recommend

Barrister was confused about how to use the £5 e-gift card on my phone when I tried to use it today. I had to explain 3 times how it was supposed to work. Finally, he typed in the e-gift card number showing on my phone screen and it took the payment.
