Great staff, friendly and happy to assist at the branch, I hope they never get closed because it's impossible to get customer service over the phone with that stupid robot unfortunately I am leaving Barclays behind due to the worst phone customer service

Up sh!t creek without a paddle is an understatement.Went to purchase a bike and the app and online banking would not let me transfer the money over.Saturday morning 11am 10/6/23 i nipped into the bank and a max of 2k was a limit imposed as no counter service available.
