Visited Blackwood Sports Direct to purchase walking shoes. I asked a lady to unclip the security tag as I wished to try them on. She did so, but the tag was still on the left shoe which prevented a lace going through the top inlet hole, hence I couldn't try on the left shoe as I was unable to do it up.
