Sometimes I get my prescription straight away and sometines I have to wait but I like the pharmacy and wouldn't want to go anywhere else.I always find the staff polite and very helpful

It's a disgusting that the pharmacy/my health online website does not say that if you have your prescriptions delivered then it will take a week for them to arrive or that you're advised to order them 7 days in advance to get them on time. It clearly states give up to 48 hours. It does not say whether picking up or delivery... read full comment

Absolutely disgusting. Being advised that it's 7 days waiting on prescriptions! However previously told you can't order your medication until the due date of them running out over a year ago..badly run and badly designed systems. Needs urgent change
