Needed meds urgently for a relative.Told this pharmacy needed SEVEN days to prepare them. I now have to travel further. Always have to wait a long time to them to find my regular prescription, even if I have submitted it weeks previously. Lady serving is extremely rude and has zero people skills. I went to collect a prescription for my mother and she huffed as she went to looked for it, had a quick scan of the area, Then proceeded to tell me it wasn't there, without actually turning back around to face me, I'm not sure when this became acceptable practice... read full comment
