1st class service today in the Blackwood store, my iPhone died overnight and didn’t appear to be charging, popped in the store well expecting to need a new phone this one is about 5yrs old. Guy fixed within 30 seconds with a soft reset, proves not all companies want to rip you off.??

Shocking service from the staff, my 80 year old mother needed a new phone, they gave her a new version of an old Samsung she's had for years & didn't think to say she'd need a new charger!?! Idiots! My mother didn't realise what she was doing & kept trying to put the old charger in & damaged the port. Wouldn't have happened... read full comment
