As a branch, this NatWest is ok. Opening hours are absolutely shocking. Staff can be amazing, but I have had a couple of useless ones as well. Ridiculous!Closed Saturdays and only open from 930 until 330? What are you now then a school?Happy to put everyone’s working money into your bank but not quick enough to stay open to give it back to them.
