Have always had a very good experience when dealing with Barry branch, staff are friendly and helpful which is just what you need when sorting things out following a death in the family.

Several times I've used the deposit machine to deposit cash when they're closed and they have failed quite few times in the last few months to the put that money in my account when they've opened later that day as they're supposed to do, supposed to be a reputable bank.Standards have really dropped at that particular branch,... read full comment
