Nothing wrong with the branch and staff. But opening hours don't allow anyone with a normal job to actually use the branch?

Service good but opening hours should be longer

It was very good before the Corona pandemic, because it no longer opens on Saturdays, and the rest of the days close at three. The working hours should be a little longer because most people are employed.
