Unbelievably short opening hours. Clearly an attempt to push people online or to the machine. Your branch staff won't be happy in the long run!

Absolutely fuming about Nationwides attention to help. I submitted a change of request form 4 days ago and I have still not had any change, even when going in to the local branch, they refused to help me. I've been with this bank almost 20 years and I am extremely disappointed in their efforts
