A joke. Close at 10 AM. Waiting for an official document for 6 days now, sent 2nd class and its still not here but you can't go to a depot after 10 AM.

Bit rubbish that it's only open 8 to 10 when some of us work 8 til 5 and then when you go on a Saturday they can't find your parcel,
