So far I have been waiting 12 days for my parcel to be delivered! I gave had 2 separate days off work as emails from DHL has promised delivery on those days. Just to receive further emails saying delivery has been postponed. Customer service is just as useless, the phone line goes through to SA and is very poor quality.
