The Security guard deserves a medal. He is a true hero. I didn't catch his name but when my daughter had a seizure in the arcade and the ambulance wouldn't come for 2 hours, he didn't hesitate to take us in his van to the nearest hospital. Came for the scooter only to check in and be told I'd booked the wrong weekend which i had. The staff bent over backwards to accommodate us which they did. The caravan was a newer model and very clean. The park itself and most amenities were kept nice but the outside bar area needed cleaning on a more regular basis. The receptionist on duty for our stay never smiled, wasn't welcoming and was of no help when we asked for a WiFi code. She just said "we don't give codes. Just... read full comment
