Usually it’s so good. For some reason today the coffee took 45 minutes to get and the milk was burnt. Had to throw it away. Didn’t bother getting a refund cause I didn’t have another 45 minutes to wait. Usually a great coffee place so I’m not sure what happened

No regards for people with gluten allergies. Plenty of rude staff available on hand for when you want to feel bad about asking about gluten when gluten might send you to the hospital. Staff need retaining
Dietary restrictions: Awful. They don't care.

Had a couple of toasties and hot drinks. Lovely food, quick service with nice staff. Loo is on the 3rd floor, so bare in mind if you are with someone who isn't so mobile. Really nice café
