Its open a couple days a week ,not very useful really

I called today as I needed help right away.My call was answered promptly and I talked to a lovely lady called Jay.She was very helpful, clear and wasn't impatient with me at all and I hope I get the chance to talk to her again if I ever need assistance.Very grateful for the help today!
