Never open, 9-3:30 and closed weekends is Useless to business customers

They need to sort their hearing loop out. It worked the first time I went in the branch, never since.Felicity is very helpful.You can't walk in off the street with all your ID and open an account. Only certain "colleagues" can open accounts and the branch does not always have such a colleague available.
