Great experience in your store today. The team were really helpful and happy despite the store being really busy. I thought it would be easier and quicker to return in store. Unfortunately the gentleman at the till was quite rude telling me that the person on the delivery note needed to be present, despite that not being stated anywhere on FatFaces website. The lovely ladies did put through the return for me, but I I found his temperament...
