There has been a few occasion's i've need to go in branch lately, the girls have been great in there, far better service than you can get from a call centre, What took 20 mins on the phone to the call centre and didn't get resolved, took 5 mins in branch, as the first issue the lady noticed was I had an out of date mobile... read full comment
