I ended up changing my opticians as on a number of occasions i turned up to my appointment and somebody in specsavers had changed my booking day without notifying me. Then they told me that it was my error not theirs even tho i had my appointment card on my fridge at home to prove that i wasnt wrong. Awful customer service.... read full comment
