Awful, staff not trained in any sort of customer services, kitchen staff haven’t got a care in the world when it comes to the food. I have been asked to park up every time I go through the drive thru and then it takes close to 15/20mins to arrive.

The amount of food I've paid for from this McDonald's and never actually received is ridiculous. Don't bother ordering from here. Uber don't even refund you when they say they're going to so they are literally just stealing.

Shambles it’s dirty staff laugh at you when you say you haven’t got your food but its not on the screen anymore waited over half an hour watching other orders that ordered after being done .. if I hadn’t have asked where my food is it would have never been made and still the got the order wrong the chips were just... read full comment
