The staff in here are awful towards their customers. I went in there today Saturday November 4th 2023, and the woman behind the counter has a terrible attitude. All I asked her for was a bank statement, not a printed one because the principality building society doesn’t except them for Identification purposes to open... read full comment

Awfully rude,When a loyal customer for more than 30 years, multiple accounts.Staff argued that I am not allowed to withdraw money without putting my PIN number in on a broken card (which is the reason it was actually broken )And a replacement issued!I'm not at the bank to argue or to be patronised by someone who is supposed... read full comment
