The elderly lady who works behind the counter seriously needs to read up again on her customer service skills. Extremely rude, doesn’t give any eye contact and topped it off by telling my mum to ‘Go elsewhere!’ during a routine license renewal. A real shame when all the other staff there are helpful and professional.

Dispite being the only customer in the shop was ignored by the two male works (in there 50s)as they chatted like two teenage girls left after waiting for 5mins

Arrived 10 minutes before closing with my bike. Parked my bike outside and was about to walk in when the shutter stared closing without warning, almost knocking my £400 bike over.
