Stood for almost 20min with just one person serving.2nd girl started serving and queue dropped very quickly. Poor

Took forever to be served, lots of staff wandering around but only one serving. Lots of customers left the queue to leave

Just in here now there's a line of people waiting to be served by the 1 cashier working and anywhere between 3 and 5 staff standing talking what's happened to customer service
